I had a decent stay, highlighted by spectacular views and a great location close to shops and restaurants. The room was quite spacious but showed its age and could use some updates, particularly in terms of comfort. While the pools were lovely, I had some problems with customer service and cleanliness that detracted from the overall experience. I'd consider other options for my next visit, given the issues I faced.
